The Terrace is perfect for functions and the entire venue is available for exclusive hire on Saturdays or areas can be reserved for non-exclusive hire during the week. Exclusive Hire: Saturday 
Room Hire $285 for exclusive use until midnight, to be paid to
confirm the booking
Minimum bookings accepted 70 guests or min spend conditions apply
To extend a function beyond midnight to 1am or 2am
a flat fee of $100 per hour or part thereof is payable
Food orders to be received, paid 10 days prior to the function
Security is required for all Sat night functions @$35 per hour per guard for the duration of the function or a minimum of 4 hours. 
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their own parent or legal guardian 
Min spend conditions apply if numbers attending less than 70 guests
Exclusive Hire: Monday through Friday
As a general rule the hotel is not available for exclusive hire
Monday through Friday. However, requests may be considered POA
